How will major expenditures be approved?
All major expenditures, over a predetermined amount, will require your approval. We will either call you or send an email to obtain your approval.

How often do you provide income and expense statements?
You should feel comfortable with our reporting system. We typically provide statements once a month but we can accommodate special requests or make other arrangements as required.

Will there be 24/7 emergency response?
Commercial tenants are always advised to dial 911 for a major emergency. All other matters should be directed to our main office and we will respond as soon as possible.

Are your prices competitive?
