Who should I call in case of a major emergency?
For a major emergency like a fire or a flood please dial 911.

Who should I contact for maintenance and repairs?
For all maintenance and repairs please input your maintenance request through our easy online portal. For EMERGENCY after hours service, please call 310.354.7434

What should I do if I am locked out?
If you have a resident manager please see them first or contact our offices during normal business hours and we will assist you. If you cannot wait for management to respond, you may use a locksmith at your own expense.

What should I do if I smell a gas leak?
If you detect a gas leak smell, call the gas company immediately at 800-427-2200. They usually come within an hour.

How do I apply for a rental?
Please apply online through our vacancy portal for the listing you are interested in or contact our office and we will email an application to you.

What qualifications do you look for in prospective tenants?
We are typically looking for proof of income and a great rental history with references.

How important is my credit rating?
Your credit rating is important but also considered with as a whole with income and good references.

Do you accept pets?
On some of our properties cats and dogs are welcome. Please inquire further.

Can I have a cosigner?
We do not prefer cosigned leases but they may be considered on a case by case basis.
